Returns are accepted only if:
– The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
– Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items
– Used products
– Opened mehndi cones or powder
– Customized or bulk orders

3. Return Process
To request a return, contact us with:
– Order ID
– Product images
– Reason for return

4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Mode
Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Replacement
We may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged products.

7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or wrong.
